So cool! I am doing this EXACT same thing, even though I am not the great shaper CC is.
Using one of my first boards, a late 70's Froghouse 6'9" single and transformin' it into a new beast.
Not to sound too hippie but man you can feel the old soul oozing out of the ol' foam.
all the mold n mildew n sharp 10 ounce glass !
it was a pretty cool experience. cc said it was one of the best blanks he's ever shaped. just shows you the quality of todays foam!
